This bow is in great shape in every possible way. It has been used very little, and was just completely redone with both new limbs and a new string set.
There was no issue at all with the original limbs, but they were in 60 lb max. That is the only reason they were replaced.
As those of you who are familiar with this bow are no doubt aware, it is one of the most popular that Mathews has ever put out and is still widely sought after.
This bow is difficult to find- especially in this kind of condition.
I have only the bows you see listed to offer, no others.
I will work with you on putting together a package that is of most interest to you should you wish to add anything to the bow. All available items are listed here.
Bow Specifics:
- approximately 31" axle to axle
- 7.5" brace height
- 4.25 lbs (bare bow only)
Here are the specifics:
-Right Handed
-Currently the bow is set up with a 29 inch cam. The draw length can only be changed by changing the cam installed on the bow.
I have no other cams at all for this bow.
It will be sold as it currently sits- with the 29 inch cam installed.
With the correct cam installed the bow can be set up anywhere from 25 to 30 inches in any half inch increment.
Again though, I have no other cams so will be including the current 29 inch cam ONLY.
-70 pound limbs in factory black finish. These limbs were just purchased and installed about a month ago. They were over $250 installed! The limbs currently top out on my scale at just over 72 pounds and can be set as low as 58 safely.
-Dead End String stop has been installed on the bow - a $75 value that helps to quiet the bow down even further.
-Mathews Focus grip is installed - a $60 value that helps to slim down the grip to increase accuracy down range by eliminating torque.
-The riser of the bow is in factory Realtree Hardwoods HD Camo finish.
-The string and cable are in fantastic used condition as they are only about a month old and have not been shot much at all. This string set was nearly $200 in cost installed.
-Peep sight is installed, aligned, served into place and is ready to shoot.
-String loop is installed and ready to shoot.
-The sight is a Brand New Axion GLX 5 pin in black finish. Those of you who are familiar with Axion are aware of their quality and durability. All 5 pins are in .019 size. There is also a rheostat blue light added to the sight. The light mounts in the bracket of the sight, so that it shines only on the extended fibers of the pins. This eliminates any halo that can occur when lights are shined on the pins themselves and helps to eliminate any external light so that you do not spook any game when hunting. There is also an Mathews Harmonic Dampener in the sight to match the bow and to even further reduce any noise and vibration.
I also have many other sights should you want something other than this one. Please just either send me a message or call to inquire about the sight you are interested in and I can let you know if I have it available and what, if any, difference in price there will be.
-The stabilizer is a new 5.5 inch Easton Buckshot in Realtree camo finish. This is a nice stabilizer in both look and function. As can be seen, it has several color inserts and matches the finish of the bow quite well- though not exactly in the same finish.
I also have some other stabilizers that could be included with the bow. If you would prefer to have a different stabilizer, please just contact me by email or phone and I can work something out with you to set this bow up with the accessories you want.
-The rest is a Mathews edition DownForce rest that was made around the same time as this bow to work in incorporation with this bow and the Mathews riser specifically. It runs off of the down cable, so draws the launcher to the down position prior to the shot. This allows for longer arrow guidance and increased accuracy down range. There is a Mathews Harmonic Damper in the rest, and it matches everything about the bow very well!
I also have some other rests that could be included with the bow. If you would prefer to have a different rest, please just contact me by email or phone and I can work something out with you to set this bow up with the accessories you want.
-Also included is a quick detaching Fuse Maxxis 4 arrow quiver in Realtree Camo finish. This is a nice quiver in both look and function. It mounts securely with a screw down locking knob that attaches to the very small, light-weight mounting bracket that mounts to the rear of the sight. When detached, all that remains is the very small, light-weight bracket on the back of your sight. Should you choose to shoot with the quiver in place, it can be secured tightly with the screw-down locking knob. There is also an integrated hook for hanging when detached should you choose to shoot with the quiver detached.
